IRCA believes that honesty, good workmanship, reliability and excellent customer service is the basis for good customer relations and a successful company. If there is anything IRCA can guarantee, it is that these values are always in practice.
IRCA started over 35 years ago as a small upholstery shop working hard to support their small and growing family.
As business grew, the opportunity to do a large upholstery project for Marriott's Camelback Inn was presented. A successful completion of that project created more opportunities to work with other large resort properties; starting in Arizona and then throughout the United States.
IRCA recognized that resorts were seeking a reliable, values-based business to help with other needs as well. Thus began the opportunity to enter the market of wood touch-up/refinishing, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) installation and complete renovation services.
The growth didn’t stop there. While in the process of taking out the old furniture and installing the new, they also saw the opportunity to begin purchasing the used furniture for resale.
Although some things have changed over the years, these main functions still remain the core of IRCA today. No longer a small business learning the ropes, IRCA stands as a strong, dependable force in the renovation business…one who completes over 80 major projects a year. These projects include FF&E installation, FF&E liquidation, reupholstery, wood touch-up/refinishing and complete renovations.
IRCA understands the concern resorts have regarding renovation companies and has designed their business model to provide complete customer satisfaction. Their size, experience, determination, and successes continue to make them the better choice for all renovation needs.
